Reporting a wrong time or route
To help us fix it quickly, please include:
- the route number (for example 500-D) and the stop;
- what the site says, and what actually happened;
- the date and time you saw it, and a photo of the timetable board if you have one.
BMTC Ride is independent of BMTC. For lost property, complaints about a bus or crew, or official passes, please contact BMTC directly.
