Privacy policy

What we don't collect

• No accounts, names, phone numbers or email addresses (unless you email us).
• No advertising or cross-site tracking.
• No cookies. The site sets no cookies at all.
• No location from your device. We never ask for it.

Visitor statistics

• Vercel Web Analytics. Our hosting provider counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. It records the page, the site that linked to it, your country, and your browser and device type, and we only see totals.

What happens when you use the site

• Search box. Your browser downloads our route and stop index and searches it on your device. What you type is not sent to us.
• Trip planner and search results pages. The stops or text you enter are sent as part of the page address, like any web request.
• Theme choice. If you pick light or dark mode, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Server logs

Like every website, our hosting provider records technical request data — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to keep the service running and to block abuse. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Emails

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and to fix what you reported, and we don't share them.

Changes

If we add a feature that changes any of the above, we will update this page before it goes live and change the date at the top.
